Real Madrid star working double sessions ‘every day’ to get back to his best

Real Madrid have played better in the past three games than they have all season, and it comes as no surprise as the side looks far more threatening in attack and has a sense of unity.

It simply cannot be ignored that Real Madrid’s best level came after Vinicius Jr.’s suspension and it seems to be more causation than correlation between his absence and the team’s improved displays.

Needless to say, the Brazilian star stands as the biggest loser from Los Blancos’ current situation as his starting spot in the team is now under serious threat. At this point, there is no guarantee he will remain a starter after he returns from suspension.

As confirmed by El Chiringuito in a recent report, the Brazilian star is currently working very hard to turn his situation around and is holding double training sessions every single day.

Further, the player is also doing some scientific work with the club to recover his best sensations and bring back the winning mentality that defined him in recent years.

As matters stand, the player is doing everything in his capacity to return to his best, and everyone at Real Madrid hopes that the plan works out. After all, there is no doubt that he can be the team’s most influential and important player if he can rediscover his form.

Vinicius Jr. has been suspended for four games in La Liga, and has two more games to serve on the same. His only big chance to stay relevant under Jose Mourinho, in that sense, is the UEFA Champions League.

He was handed a starting role against RB Leipzig in the team’s previous game, and while he did decently, Yan Diomande came on and outshone him in just ten minutes.

The team’s upcoming game against AEK Athens, in that sense, becomes crucial as it may reflect one of Vinicius’ last major chances to prove his worth to Mourinho.

After all, the Diomande option is growing on the manager and there does not seem to be any reason, as matters stand, for him to alter that setup.
