Real Madrid star Ronaldo: Mourinho has lifted pressure from me

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed Jose Mourinho has taken the spotlight away from him.

Ronaldo says he's grateful to be working with the former Chelsea manager.

"The truth is that the coach has come and has calmed down a bit of criticism aimed towards me," he said.

"Mourinho has the power, morals, titles and knows what he talks about. A lot of people do not like him, but he's not a hypocrite and says what he thinks."

"I am delighted by his arrival and hope to achieve many successes together."
