Real Madrid star Ronaldo may miss Tottenham clash

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo is struggling to make their Champions League quarterfinal tie with Tottenham.

A hamstring injury will leave Ronaldo sidelined for at least three weeks.

Ronaldo complained of pain in his left thigh following victory over Atletico Madrid and he underwent medical tests, where the extent of the damage was confirmed.

According to a statement on the Madrid website, Ronaldo is now likely to be absent for "between two to three weeks, depending on his progress".
