Real Madrid star Figo again hints at Man Utd desire

Real Madrid star Luis Figo has again stated his ambition of ending his career in England.

The Portuguese winger admitted last week that he would welcome the opportunity to join Manchester United when his contract ends with Real in 2005.

"Playing in England was always a childhood dream, but that doesn't mean it'll happen," he said.

"It would be a great pleasure to go back to Sporting, the club that started me off. Everything is feasible in football, but I won't promise anything."

Figo will quit international football after next year's European championships.
