Real Madrid star Bale: Barcelona defeat motivated us

Real Madrid star Gareth Bale was happy to be part of their victory over Levante.

Bale admits Barcelona's shock defeat at Real Valladolid served as extra motivation.

"It was a very important game because we saw the Barca game yesterday and that gave us motivation, we won and we are happy," said Bale.

"Yeah, it's a good position (top of the table)."

"We need to keep hold of what we have achieved and continue business as usual, We still have many tough games ahead."
