Real Madrid skipper Raul admits Man City talks

Real Madrid captain Raul has admitted contact with Manchester City.

“It is true that there has been contact with Manchester City and [agent] Gines Carvajal,” Raul told Marca.

"I'm not even considering it because I wouldn't move from here, not in my wildest dreams."

"I'm only thinking about finishing my career at Real Madrid, which is my club and where I still have many things to do."

“When I heard of the offer from City I did not hesitate for an instant. My home is here and I think I can help win titles.”

Carvajal added: “Yes it is true that there has been interest and nothing else."

“When I reported the bid to Raul he told me he did not want to waste time on this issue. City have a good project but Raul is Real Madrid.”
