Real Madrid signing Robinho: I want to be best in world

Real Madrid wing wizard Robinho underwent his medical yesterday after arriving in Spain in the morning.
 
The Brazil international was confronted by chaotic scenes at Madrid airport as media and Real fans alike packed the terminal to catch a glimpse of the galactico.

Before boarding his plane for Madrid, Robinho told AS: "I am so excited. Finally I am going to realise my dream, which has been a long time coming."

"My dream is to win the Champions League. It appears to be the best thing you can win in club football. Then, also, I'd like to win the Liga."

"Finally, I want to win the FIFA Player of the Year."

"I know this is ambitious, but Real Madrid would not have signed me if I did not have this drive. In joining Real Madrid, my intention is to become the best player in the world."
