Real Madrid are set to snap up Bayern Munich midfielder Hamit Altintop.

The youngster is off contract in June and could be moving to Real on a Bosman.

Altintop's agent, Reza Fazelli, also has Mesut Ozil and Borussia Dortmund's Nuri Sahin on his books. Sahin is set to join Real today.

Real vice-president Jose Angel Sanchez will be in Germany tomorrow for talks with Sahin and also to meet with Altintop.
