Real Madrid set to land Arsenal fullback Cole

Arsenal full-back Ashley Cole will complete a cut-price £8m move to Spanish giants Real Madrid at the end of the season according to reports.

The England left-back has a release clause in his contract which will allow him to leave Highbury for a modest fee.

Cole, 24, signed a 12-month extension to the remaining two years of his deal in the summer after becoming embroiled in the notorious tapping-up row with Chelsea.
