Real Madrid Set Sights On Aleksandar Kolarov And Juan Vargas

Real Madrid are targeting two Serie A based players for their left flank, according to El Mundo Deportivo.

The free-spending Spanish giants are not satisfied with the production from that side of the pitch and are tracking Lazio's Aleksandar Kolarov and Fiorentina's Juan Vargas. Both players have been impressive for their respective teams this season in Italy and are attracting plenty of suitors.

Meanwhile, if those players prove too hard to acquire, alternatives exist in the form of Arsenal's Gael Clichy and Brazilian Confederations Cup winner Andre Santos.

The Spaniards also have not given up their pursuit of Roma midfield general Daniele De Rossi, who is reportedly valued in the region of €40 million.
