Real Madrid's Tote in Espanyol talks

Real Madrid striker Tote is expected to agree terms with Espanyol this week.

The Brazilian attacker will spend the next few days negotiating a loan move to the Barcelona club. Espanyol officials were in Madrid last night to speak with Real about the deal.

Tote spent part of last season on-loan at Real Valladolid and is contracted with Real until June 2004.

His loan agreement with Espanyol will be for the entire second-half of the season.
