Real Madrid's Soldado welcomes Valencia interest

Real Madrid striker Roberto Soldado has welcomed reports linking him with Valencia.

The prolific Real B forward told AS: "It makes me proud because they're my hometown club and my family lives there.

"If I do not continue here and the club reaches an agreement with Valencia this one is, without a doubt, my first option because it would be ideal for me."
