Real Madrid's Solari denies Inter Milan offer

Real Madrid midfielder Santiago Solari has rubbished reports that he has been contacted by Inter Milan about a January move.

Inter are still to nominate a player to move to Italy as part of Ronaldo's summer transfer. According to Italian press reports, Inter have tabled a five-year contract offer to Solari and have already held talks about personal terms.

But the Argentine denied the reports last night.

If Inter decide against signing a Real player, the Spanish giants will have to pay an extra £6.5 million on top of Ronaldo's original transfer fee.

A deadline of December 15 is believed to have been set for Inter to make up their mind.
