Real Madrid's Ronaldo happy with Pellegrini approach

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed he's held talks with coach Manuel Pellegrini about his plans for the season ahead.

"We are working together and getting to know eachother, we've only been training for a few days," said the former Manchester United star.

"I will not reveal the talks, but it is usual between a player and a coach. He sees what I'm doing and asks me for my opinion. I hope to continue that relationship. I do not know Chile, but I hope someday to do so because he's told me it is very nice!"

On Pellegrini's daily triple training sessions, Ronaldo admits: "I have trained for a week and I never worked three times a day in Manchester. I feel good because the training is good. It's physical work and with the ball."

"The players are different at Manchester United and Real Madrid, but they are all very good."
He added: "This season is very important to us. Madrid has spent much money and we need to concentrate on winning the league. We're here to win something."
