Real Madrid's Raul hopes Ronaldo talk now over

Real Madrid captain Raul hopes Cristiano Ronaldo's announcement that he is staying with Manchester United will end the speculation over the Portuguese's link with the Santiago Bernabeu.

Raul said: "Cristiano has already said everything. He is not going to come and that's the end of it. He has said everything and as I said a few days ago with this group we can aspire to meet all our objectives."

"There is a very good spirit and football quality in this squad and we can fight for everything. It's his decision and we shouldn't talk about it any longer."
