Real Madrid's Raul: Chelsea's was one of many offers received

Real Madrid star Raul was matter-of-fact when asked about Chelsea's interest over the summer.

In an interview with France Football the Spanish star was quizzed about Chelsea's apparent £70 million move for him.

Raul said: "It's not the only offer I have had. But my answer always has been the same, that my dream is to continue with Real Madrid and for that reason I would like that everything was solved as rapidly as possible with the purpose of being able to play calmly and to enjoy myself."

Raul was referring to new contract negotiations with Real and he also said, "I am very calm. The club just has to call me and we will begin talks."
