Real Madrid's Raul: Barcelona have lost their identity

Real Madrid skipper Raul believes Barcelona have "lost their identity".

Asked why their strongest rivals had struggled to keep pace in recent years, Raul said: "More than anything, its because Barcelona is looking for its identity."

"That identity they had at the time of Cruyff when they won the European Cup. I believe that for years that identity has been lost."

"They have changed too many players and those they've signed are not at a level where they should be."

"However we, more or less have maintained the squad, always incorporating a great player in the last years, and this every year has made us become greater."
