Real Madrid's Juanfran: I would prefer to be with Getafe

Real Madrid midfielder Juanfran admits he is still disappointed that he missed out on a loan move to Getafe last month.

Juanfran scored his third goal for Real on the weekend, but believes his career would've been better served by a move to Getafe.

"My objective is to work towards becoming a great player," said Juanfran. "If I had gone to Getafe on-loan until June, it is clear that I would've improved a lot."

"I would have played at least fourteen or fifteen games in the Primera. I would have been delighted to have played there."

"But being at Real is good and I know I can fulfill my dreams here."
