Real Madrid's Heinze explains black boots mystery

Real Madrid defender Gabriel Heinze has explained the mystery of his all-black boots.

The Argentina international said: "It is very simple. I do not have a contract with any company. I had a contract, it ended and so I painted the boots black. Why am I going to give publicity to a company with which I no longer have a contract? There is no mystery."

On playing in front of Real goalkeeper Iker Casillas, Heinze added: "Yes, we have normal quarrels, but he is phenomenal. I see him as being a very good keeper. On a football pitch, you have problems, you shout, and if you need to throw rubbish at eachother, then so be it."

"After the game, everything is finished. I am not one to question Iker. He is among the best in the world."
