Real Madrid's Guti plays down Everton talk

Real Madrid midfielder Guti has played down talk of a move to Everton.

As Real arrived in Bangkok this week, where Everton has a strong popularity with the Thailand public, news broke of Real rejecting a £7 million offer from the Blues for Guti.

"It is not true that I am leaving," insisted Guti. "I will remain in Madrid and I am very happy there."
