Real Madrid's Guti: Owen, Figo exits convinced me to stay

Guti admits the sales of Luis Figo and Michael Owen influenced his decision to stay with Real Madrid.

"I could have left. But with the exits of Owen and Figo everything cleared up and I had more options to play," said Guti.

"There were contacts, calls (from other clubs), but nothing took shape. Later, I decided not to move from Real Madrid. And here I am, fighting for my team."
