Real Madrid's fit-again Sneijder: I'm ready to play

Fit-again Real Madrid midfielder Wesley Sneijder hopes to make his first appearance for the season against Espanyol today.

The Dutch ace has completed an amazing recovery from a preseason knee injury and declared: "I'm ready to play. If Bernd Schuster sees fit, I will return against Espanyol. I am very keen to return to play."
