Real Madrid's Del Bosque: Ronaldo isn't fat, he has 2 goals in 2 games!

Vicente del Bosque has rejected comments that Real Madrid striker Ronaldo is carrying too much weight.

The Brazilian has been criticised for being out-of-shape, but Del Bosque said: "I think he's in perfect condition."

"Playing more games will help his fitness, but he is already at a level equal to the rest of the squad."

"It's silly to be talking about whether he is fat or not. Last year everybody was saying Figo was fat. Now they are saying he is too thin. This is what always happens."
