Real Madrid's Capello heaps praise on Roberto Carlos

Real Madrid coach Fabio Capello heaped praise on Roberto Carlos after another sensational last-minute victory over Recreativo Huelva last night.

Roberto Carlos popped up with the winner in the 3-2 victory to maintain Real's advantage over Barcelona at the top of the Liga table and Capello gushed: "It was incredible."

"Roberto Carlos ran over 80 metres to support the attack. It shows the players have the team ethic coursing through them."

"We gave away both goals, but we have played a great game. We deserved to win the encounter because we created a number of clear chances, but this is football. When you relax and the opposition is very good, something can always set you back."
