Real Madrid's Capello: Emerson will play again at Bernabeu

Real Madrid coach Fabio Capello insists he'll have no qualms playing Emerson at the Santiago Bernabeu.

The subject of ferocious barracking by home fans, Emerson was again missing for last night's scratchy 2-0 victory over Nastic. But Capello says: "Emerson will return to play at the Bernabeu, believe me. At the moment he is recovering from an injury and working on his fitness."

"This situation can happen to anyone. It happened even to Zinedine Zidane. You cannot suddenly turn into a bad player when you have been captain of Brazil and had a career as he has."
