Real Madrid's Cambiasso: Valencia is first serious test

Real Madrid midfielder Esteban Cambiasso has admitted this weekend's match against Valencia is the first test of their title credentials.

"This is the first serious game of the season," said the Argentine. "It's the first direct duel between two title contenders."

"There's been a big build-up - ex-players facing their old teams, rivals to face eachother, this is what happens when two big clubs meet."

"The midfield is the key for this game. Aimar has been excellent for Valencia, but we're confident of keeping him quiet."
