Real Madrid's Beckham: We know we must improve

David Beckham insists Real Madrid did not miss him in their 1-0 defeat at Real Sociedad on Saturday.

"No, I do not believe that," said the injured England skipper. "But I do miss the team!"

"We've had a poor last two or three games, but it's nothing to be concerned about. We played better on Saturday, but we do need to improve away from home."
