Real Madrid's Beckham: I'm happy on the right

Real Madrid midfielder David Beckham admitted Sunday's performance against Real Zaragoza was one of his best of the season.

The England skipper was pushed out to the right-side of midfield to accommodate new signing Thomas Gravesen and insisted he was happy with the role.

"To play on the right is not a problem for me. It is one more option for the team in which also I can play," said Beckham after the 3-1 win.

"Gravesen is a great person and a very useful player for Real Madrid. He knows to control the ball very well and to make hard work in the centre of the field."

"During the game, we formed a good pair because his defensive work allows me to play more advanced."

Beckham added, "It has been one of my better games of the season, I felt physically very well. The team is improving and we must continue in this line."
