Real Madrid rule out selling Canales

Real Madrid are not interested in selling midfielder Sergio Canales.

The youngster is unsettled in Madrid after a frustrating first season with Real.

But Marca says while prepared to send Canales away on-loan, Real management will not consider an outright sale for the former Racing Santander starlet.

Sevilla and Villarreal have expressed interest in Canales for next season.

The youngster will have to move on in the summer with midfield places to become even more crowded following the deals for Turkish pair Nuri Sahin and Hamit Altintop.
