Real Madrid will push through a deal for Sao Paulo fullback Cicinho after Saturday's humiliation at home by Barcelona.
 
Real coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo wants three new signings for the winter market, with Cicinho leading the arrivals, which will also include a midfielder and striker.

Brazil international Cicinho revealed last week that he had signed a five-year deal with Real, though the Spanish giants were quick to deny that an agreement existed for his December arrival.

Saturday's result has forced Real into a backdown and Cicinho could be in Madrid before the Spanish winter market opens in December.
