Real Madrid president: Van Nistelrooy will get his new contract

Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon has declared Ruud van Nistelrooy will be secured to a new contract.

"I can confirm his renewal in the coming days," said Calderon. "It is what I promised to Ruud and I will do it, because he deserves it."
