Real Madrid president Perez: I spoke with players before win

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has revealed he spoke with the players before Sunday's triumph over Barcelona.

"I spoke with the players before the game and I know they will do all that is humanly possible to win the championship," said Perez.

"I was delighted with the way the fans supported the players on Sunday. There is a great relationship there and it was exciting to see how the crowd got right behind Real Madrid."

"Now there are seven games left and each one we must approach like its a final. We will fight to end to win this Liga championship."
