Real Madrid president Martin wants Arsenal's Cesc

New Real Madrid president Fernando Martin is backing predecessor Florentino Perez's plan to bring Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas back to Spain.

Martin told a Spanish radio station he sees ex- Barcelona kid Fabregas, 18, as the ideal man to start his rebuilding programme at the club.

And Real, who visit Highbury on Wednesday, may turn it into a double swoop by also bidding for Gunners left-back Ashley Cole, 25.
