Real Madrid president calls Monday meeting for Del Bosque talks

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has called a directors meeting on Monday for trainer Vicente del Bosque to renew his contract a further 12 months.

In the meeting, Perez will reveal the other managers he has interviewed for Del Bosque's job, along with how negotiations with the trainer have progressed over the past month.

Last week Real sports chief Jorge Valdano held talks with Del Bosque's representatives about the club's willingness to offer him a new, 12-month extension.
