Real Madrid president Boluda demands players buck up ideas

Real Madrid president Vicente Boluda held a crisis meeting with coach Juande Ramos and sports director Predrag Mijatovic yesterday.

Angry over their dismal defeats to Barcelona and Valencia, Boluda demanded from Ramos and Mijatovic that they shake-up the playing staff so the season doesn't peter out in embarrassing fashion.

It was the first time Boluda had addressed members of the football department about the attitude of the players, but the acting president is determined the club's image doesn't suffer more damage before season's end.
