Real Madrid president agrees deal with Casillas

Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas has reached an agreement with president Florentino Perez over a new contract.

Casillas and Perez had dinner together on Friday night during which terms over a five-year contract were outlined and agreed between the two men.

Real coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo said: "I never had doubts that we would reach an agreement, but I do not know if he has renewed or not. A new contract allows the player to be calmer."
