Real Madrid president admits Metzelder interest

Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon admits Borussia Dortmund defender Christophe Metzelder is a transfer target.

The Germany international is expected to move to the Santiago Bernabeu in the summer on a Bosman and Calderon said: "It seems to me that he is a player who is technically very good. I do not believe that there is yet an agreement. But I know that he is a player who would add to the team and it's true he can be signed for free."
