Real Madrid prepare bid for Everton's Gravesen

Real Madrid are hoping to wrap up the signing of Everton midfielder Thomas Gravesen in the coming days.

Marca says Real have already agreed personal terms with the Danish international and the player's representatives were on Merseyside yesterday for talks with Everton about a transfer fee.

Real president Florentino Perez won't go higher than £2.5 million for Gravesen, knowing that he can sign him on a Bosman in June.

However, it could be now or never for Gravesen as if Everton refuse to sell, Real will turn to alternative targets Benoit Pedretti (Marseille) and Sebastian Kehl (Borussia Dortmund) this month.
