Real Madrid playmaker Xabi: Kaka form affected by injury

Real Madrid midfielder Xabi Alonso insists Kaka will come good in 2010.

The former AC Milan star has struggled to live up to his reputation since arriving in Spain last summer.

But Xabi says: "To make a good team you need good players, but you need to add players who are team-oriented and not selfish."

"I have no doubt that Kaka fits into this thinking and he will make the team play well in the position behind the strikers, where he can connect very well with those in attack."

"I think that Kaka has not been comfortable with his injury problems and now has to recover well."

"I know he has been very uncomfortable. Now, we want him to recover as soon as possible, and really be himself again."
