Real Madrid perfectly placed for title bid - Raul

Real Madrid are in the perfect position to win this season's Liga title, says skipper Raul.

Raul said: "There's enough games left and, at the moment, it seems that Real Madrid, Sevilla and Barcelona are the strongest, but there's still almost six months left in the competition and many things can happen."

"We are ready to fight for the title. In other seasons at this point we had little chance to win the Liga and now we are there amongst it all. That fills us with optimism."

"I believe both Barcelona and Sevilla are equally as strong. But I won't rule out also Valencia and Atletico Madrid making a challenge. Both will recover their injured players and improve."
