Real Madrid No2 Zidane: I missed football rush

Real Madrid assistant coach Zinedine Zidane admits he couldn't stay away from football.

Zidane is now in his first fulltime job since hanging up the boots and admits he has ambitions beyond being Carlo Ancelotti's No2.

"I wanted above all to return to a way to reconnect with excitement. After what I experienced as a player, I definitely needed to feel that stress from the field, everyday, games, pressure," said Zizou.

"I want to keep creating and giving. I know I was born for this. To teach, to be useful. And I will gain more experience ahead of coaching my own team."
