Real Madrid No1 Casillas suffering confidence crisis

Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas is suffering a confidence crisis, with the club's stand-off over a new contract being blamed for his low morale.

AS that Casillas is upset that club officials, neither privately or in public, have relayed their confidence in him. With Real dragging their feet over a new contract offer, Casillas is convinced they want him out.

The goalkeeper is also upset with the dismissal of his personal coach of 13 years at Real, Manuel Amieiro, and is still to learn from the club why his personal trainer was sacked at the start of this season.
