Real Madrid: No takeover talks with Man City owner Sheikh Mansour

Real Madrid have moved to deny talks with Manchester City owner Sheikh Mansour about an amazing €1 BILLION takeover.

It emerged in the weekend press that Sheikh Mansour was preparing his world record offer for Real to consider.

But this morning, Real issued the following statement:

"The president of Real Madrid, Florentino Perez has had a great friendship for many years with His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

"It is not true there is alleged interest or an existence of any offer to purchase Real Madrid - for which His Highness has always shown great respect for, being well acquainted that Real Madrid is a club owned by its members."
