Real Madrid move for Middlesbrough reject Ricardinho

Real Madrid coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo is keen to bring Santos midfielder Ricardinho back to Europe.
 
The Brazil international is off contract in December and is wanted by Luxemburgo as a backup to midfielder Thomas Gravesen.

Ricardinho has revived his career with Santos after a disastrous spell in England with Middlesbrough two seasons ago and his versatility has convinced Luxemburgo to push Real chiefs to move for the midfielder.
