Real Madrid legend Sanchez urges Raul to take surgery

Real Madrid legend Hugo Sanchez says Raul should take the surgery option to fix his injured knee.
 
The former Mexican striker said: "Indeed, I had a damaged knee just like Raul. In my case, I went for a ball in training at the Bernabéu."

"Yes, lamentably I had to go to the operating room. I was thinking about it for a month. The improvement was not quick enough and I preferred the operation. I did not want to run any risks."

"It could happen to Raul. The knee could collapse again."

"The World Cup is very attractive, but the first thing is your health and then your career. Raul must worry first about his leg, then about himself and thirdly about the World Cup."
