Real Madrid insist open invitation made to Del Bosque

Real Madrid have denied accusations from former coach Vicente del Bosque that they have snubbed him.

De Bosque launched a scathing attack on Real yesterday, insisting the directors had been "very evil" to continually snub him.

"Del Bosque has been invited to the directors box at the Bernabeu whenever the coach wants," said Real Madrid in a statement.

They also insisted the presence of Tom Cruise last week was not a club invitation, but the Hollywood actor was there as a guest of injured midfielder, David Beckham.
