Real Madrid in swap talk over Milan's Ambrosini

Real Madrid are being linked with a swap deal for AC Milan midfielder Massimo Ambrosini.

Real are said to be interested in the 27 year-old Italy international as a replacement for Esteban Cambiasso. In exchange, Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti wants Santiago Solari.

The Argentine would move to the San Siro as a potential successor for 32 year-old Brazilian Serginho.

Both Ambrosini and Solari are entering the final 18 months of their respective contracts.
