Real Madrid hero Nunez: I'm feeling more important

Real Madrid midfielder Antonio Nunez was celebrating yesterday after hitting his first senior goal in this week's 1-1 draw with Villarreal.

Nunez's strike rescued a point for Real and he told AS, "I don't feel important, it's pretty difficult in a squad like Real Madrid's!"

"But you do feel useful. I have a bit of security now because I have scored and proven myself."

"I went to training yesterday and kept my head down and worked hard. But I'm recognizing that my contribution was worth something. The goal was worth a point for us."
