Real Madrid GM Valdano: Ronaldo needs time just like Zidane

Real Madrid GM Jorge Valdano accepts Cristiano Ronaldo is yet to show his best since his £80 million move from Manchester United.

Valdano said: "What's happened is that Cristiano Ronaldo aims to be always the best. And that's fine."

"Let's wait for him, he'll end up showing who he is. He needs time to adapt, like what happened to (Zinedine) Zidane."
