Real Madrid GM Sacchi praised by Parma over Simplicio signing

Real Madrid GM Arrigo Sacchi has been credited with bring Parma midfield sensation Simplicio to Italy.

The Brazilian youngster has been superb in Parma's resurgence since Christmas and the club's executive director revealed: "The credit must go to Sacchi, who spotted him in Brazil and made sure we brought him to Italy."

"As a player he reminds me of an Emerson or a Dunga. Our club must survive by bringing in and developing young talent like Simplicio."
